Got Questions?

Perfect, We’ve got answers!

How do I place an order?

Reach out to us via email or phone, or drop by the shop if you are in the neighborhood (please call ahead to check availability). We will need to know what type of garment/s you are looking for and roughly how many of each style you need. We will also need to know what design we will be putting on the garments and how many locations will be decorated (left chest, full front, sleeve, etc.), as well as how the garment will be decorated – screenprinting, embroidery, patches, DTF transfers . Once we have that information, we can begin the quote process.

How and when do I pay for my order?

Once you place your order, an invoice will be generated and a link to the invoice will be emailed to you for your approval. Please review your invoice for accuracy. If you approve the invoice, you can pay the invoice online via a credit card or a bank transfer. Once the payment process, your garments will be ordered and your job will be placed on the production schedule.

Can I supply my own garments?

Rail Tees has access to the largest garment wholesalers in the country, so we’d be surprised if we can’t get what you want. However, if we are unable to source the specific garment you are looking for through our extensive list of vendors, we will allow you to supply your own garments. Of course, restrictions apply as not all garments are suitable to certain decoration processes. Please note, no guarantees can be given on customer supplied garments. Although it is extremely rare, Rail Tees can’t be held responsible for damages to customer supplied garments during the decoration process.

What file type should I use to submit my artwork?

Screenprinting:
Ultimately, a vector file is needed. We work mostly in Adobe Illustrator, so an .ai file is preferred. Don’t know what a vector file is? That’s okay. Just send us the highest resolution file you can in any of the following formats:
.ai
.pdf
.eps
.png
.psd
.tif
.jpeg

For Embroidery, Patches, DTF Transfers:
.pdf

What are the setup fees?

If you are unable to supply your own vector file, or easily convertible file; or if you need Rail Tees to create a logo for you, desktop charges of $55.00 per hour, with a 1/2 hour minimum apply.

Do you ship orders?

While local pickup at our Boise location is preferred and appreciated, we will ship orders. Let us know your shipping details, and we’ll calculate the costs and add it to the invoice.
